Information of the Bar Association for the State of Alabama
The purpose of the Alabama State Bar is to serve the citizens of the state by monitoring the conduct of all attorneys licensed to practice law in Alabama. It is charged with stimulating interest in improving the administration of justice, and its Board of Commissioners provides for the examination of applicants who seek to practice law there. The State Bar of Alabama is the licensing and regulatory agency for all attorneys in the State of Alabama. They are subject to the Rules of the Alabama Supreme Court.
