The Colorado Bar Association has the administrative duty to monitor and discipline all attorneys licensed to practice law within the state. If you are unable to come to an agreement with your Colorado attorney or have a complaint about a Colorado attorney:

Call (303) 866-6410 or 1 (877) 888-1370 to have your written complaints against a Colorado lawyer considered and investigated. - Colorado and Denver Bar Association Legal Fee Arbitration Committee
An arbitration committee that mediates disagreements between Colorado lawyers and their clients regarding lawyer fees. Call (303) 824-5371. - CBA Grievance Mediation Process
Supreme Court grievance cases which are appropriate for mediation are referred to the Colorado Bar Association for resolution. - DBA Legal Fee Mediation Committee
Subcommittee of DBAS ADR Committee mediates legal fee disputes between attorneys and clients at no charge.
